Justin came he was very polite ,on time ,knows what he is doing, and took care of my unwanted critters now I'm super happy and recommend KIB!!! ACTUALLY got a job with them Jan 15 getting ready for work Ill let everyone know how it is to work for them later today?Posted on DarrenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top notch and would absolutely recommend! I had a few unwelcome tenants of the fur-covered variety (aka squirrels) that had attempted to set up shop in my attic, so I reached out to Justin at KIB (along with a couple of other places) and I ultimately went with KIB instead of the other companies I'd researched. It's usually kind of nerve wracking whenever I'm shopping for anybody to do work on my house, because let's face it, there are a whole lot of fly-by-night, "here today and gone after the check clears" operators out there. Well...not this guy. He's the exact opposite of fly-by-night! He not only evicted all of the bushy-tailed intruders via trapping, he also re-sealed the soffit, went up into the attic and checked for cracks in the dividing board between soffit and attic, set traps in the attic, and checked for **a solid two months, on a weekly basis,* to make sure that nothing else had gotten up there (we did catch a few mice too, and those were a relief to be rid of since they scratched and made noise in the walls and attic at late-night hours.) I was impressed enough at his thoroughness that I actually had him do a full seal-up of the house, to make sure that nothing else - bats, rats, chipmunks, birds, and all the rest of the local wildlife population adamantly insists that human housing is a cozier place to stay than whatever tree or cave or burrow they came form - tries sneaking in next winter. So, if you want critter removal done right, and the job followed up on until every creature is gone...I cannot recommend Justin with KIB enough!Posted on Francesca SweatTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had critters in our walls making noise at crazy hours during the day and late nights. KIB reviewed the area and literally saw a squirrel go in the entry way, put up traps inside the attic and the outside of the house. Later retrieved traps, sealed holes and made other suggestions of how to keep other squirrels out because they apparantly they leave a scent in your house and bounce off close limbs onto our porch to get to places easier in the house. They pointed out that the squirrels were using our porch like a teeth sharpening center and destroying the wood on our deck. KIB's knowledge about what they do is priceless and their punctuality to responding to our sleepless nights were very appreciated. I totally recommend KIB...their acronym should stand for Knowledgeably Impressive Beastmaster lolPosted on Sylvia GaleanoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys are terrific. A swarm of honey bees decided to make their home in a tree that is only a few feet from my front door. I called these guys - they arrived the next morning, captured the bees and took them away to a better location. These guys were very professional, thorough and took their time to do the job perfectly. Bye Bye Bees - Hello to not being afraid to open my front door. Thanks KIB for a great job!Posted on Trish LaboutTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a copperhead take up residence in a stacked stone retaining wall and staircase we use every day in the yard of our rural, heavily forested, hilltop property. When I saw its head poking out I knew it was a "nope rope" that needed to be removed for the safety of humans, furred and feathered residents. Justin arrived at our rural property within 30 minutes of my call and had the snake extricated from its hidey-hole behind the stairs in less than 10 minutes. He even replaced the stones he had to move to get to the "nope rope". All humans, livestock and pets are once again peacefully and freely roaming the yard. Justin was great and the price more than reasonable. We have his number on the fridge for the next "nope rope" or other pest that decides to move in.Posted on Fatima NolanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 10/10 Was very pleased with their service. Our service call initially began as a request to get rid of a potential wasp nest located in our attic. After a very thorough inspection by Justin and his son on the outside and inside of our home, they had some good and surprising news for us. Good news..no visible wasp nest inside your home. However, surprising news, looks like you have another visitor…a bat! After having a in depth knowledgeable and honest conversation about our options, Justin and his wife returned to complete the service to safely remove the bats, put up preventative measures in place and cleaned up the area. I usually only leave reviews for excellent service and this experience definitely surpassed my expectations. Thank you for being honest and professional people!Posted on JaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Professional service and delivery! Justin took his time to inspect both the inside and outside of our home. He identified potential points of entry for rodents and other small animals. Traps were laid and all entry/ exits were sealed off. Just also sealed vents located near the roof of our home. If you are looking for quality service and delivery, KIB will take care of your needs.Posted on A VTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had bats in our attic on one side of the house, we have 2 attics that are. It connected finally one got inside the house. First I called "get a critter" and he wanted $3,200 to seal off the whole attic both sides and side it will be good.for.life Someone has already messaged us about getting a critte and not to use them, same with terminnex So I looked around and found KIB, was out here the next day and said no reason in sealing off both side unless you have bats in both parts. He went up and saw there were no bats in the attic. He screened off the gable vents which are around 30 feet high and did a full inspection for 500. So yeah will use KIB again!!Posted on Deborah ThomasonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had been hearing scratching noises in our attic for many months. After using glue traps and the standard wooden spring traps, we just weren’t seeing results. It was getting worse as the weather got cooler, and were hearing scratching noises all through our attic area. We called our local pest control company to help us with this, but the methods (glue traps and spring traps) were what we were already doing. We were desperate to get help with this, and finally found KIB. Justin came out immediately and addressed the situation. He scaled our home, and told us what he would do to seal the home and set traps within the home. He spent several hours sealing up our home for any areas a mice could possibly enter. Then, with each visit, he would let us know what he would do the next visit to check the progress. He told us it would take a couple months to completely rid our home of the mice, and we are now at that point! Justin has been great to work with, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing help with nuisances they can’t get rid of. Top notch service! Thanks Justin!Load more
